Staying near the Texas Medical Center? We'll take care of the laundry.
When treatment brings you or someone you love to Houston, a stay can run for weeks or months. The laundry doesn't stop. We pick it up free from your hotel, apartment or rental, wash and fold it, and bring it back.

We come to where you're staying
You don't have to be there. When you book, just tell us where the bag will be.
Hotel
Check that the front desk can hold your bag, then write your name and room number on it. When you book, add the hotel name, your room number and “bag at front desk.” We bring it back to the front desk, clean and folded.
Apartment or extended stay
Add the building name, your unit and where the bag will be: your door, the concierge or the package room. Call us about gates and garages, and please keep access codes out of the order.
House or rental
Leave the bag by the door and say exactly where in your order. If there's a gate, call us and we'll sort it out.
What to expect when you book
- Enter your street address. Cents shows our store address until you type yours.
- Tap Wash & Fold - Pickup and Delivery and choose an available pickup time.
- Add where you'll leave the bag and any laundry notes.
Pickup and delivery fee: $0.00 — free pickup and free delivery. We weigh your laundry at intake; your total is based on actual weight (15 lb minimum; specialty items priced separately). The published price includes applicable tax.
Before you pack the bag
We wash everyday laundry: clothes, towels and sheets. Comforters and blankets are welcome and priced separately. We don't do dry cleaning. Keep a change of clothes with you while your order is away.
