We begin with what a family can use. Every collection is limited to confirmed items, sizes and quantities, and every delivery is arranged privately.

You can donate without booking laundry service. Call first so we can confirm what is needed, how much we can accept, and when our team can receive it.

Call before buying or packing donations. We agree on items, sizes, condition and quantities based on confirmed needs and available storage.
Step 2: Pack a separate donation bag
Label a separate bag COMMUNITY DONATION. Keep shoes paired and separate from clothing, and new toys in their packaging. Include only approved items and quantities, without recipient names.
Step 3: Choose your handoff
Donation pickup requires a paid wash-and-fold pickup & delivery order for your own laundry. Laundromat donation drop-offs require no purchase; call first to arrange. No donation-only pickups.
Step 4: We prepare and coordinate delivery
We clean accepted washable clothing free and prepare the other accepted items. We arrange small deliveries that recipients have confirmed they can receive. Recipient identities stay private.

What to expect when you book

Pickup and delivery fee: $0.00 — free pickup and free delivery. We weigh your laundry at intake; your total is based on actual weight (15 lb minimum; specialty items priced separately). The published price includes applicable tax.
What is paid, and what is free

- Your laundry is weighed at intake and billed normally. Specialty items are priced separately.
Your accepted donations
- Collecting approved donations with your paid laundry pickup. Your order's standard pickup and delivery fee is $0.00.
- Arranged donation drop-offs at the laundromat, with no purchase required.
- Washing and drying accepted washable clothing donations and coordinated delivery of accepted donations at no charge to recipients.
Donations stay separate from your laundry. Their weight is never added to your bill and never counts toward your 15 lb minimum.
Children and families receiving donations never have to pay or buy laundry services.
