What an approved agent can request

An approved connection can check its status, file a pickup request, read the requests it filed, and cancel a request before staff enter it in Cents. The tools are get_connection_status, create_pickup_request, get_pickup_request, list_my_pickup_requests, and cancel_pickup_request.

A request is not an order. Staff review it and enter the order in Cents. Entering it in Cents does not, by itself, confirm a route or a time. A new agent request is for the next day in Houston time.

The agent cannot send a phone number, a card, or a payment detail. Staff use the phone on the customer's account. After staff weigh the laundry, the customer reviews and approves the final payment at https://washbodega.com/account or https://washbodega.com/cuenta. The public agent card says that approval is hosted Stripe checkout and that the agent has no billing authority.

Approval to file a pickup request is not permission to send marketing. An unapproved agent cannot file the request.
